전자문서Documents

전자세금계산서와 현금영수증을 API로 발행하고, 발행 결과·국세청 전송 상태를 조회합니다. 발행 명의는 이용사 명의이며, 이용사의 공동인증서로 서명됩니다. Issue e-tax invoices and cash receipts via API, and check issuance and NTS transmission status. Documents are issued under your own business identity and signed with your certificate.

메시지Messaging

카카오 알림톡·친구톡과 문자(SMS·LMS)를 같은 방식으로 발송합니다. 알림톡 실패 시 문자로 대체 발송하는 옵션을 지원합니다. 채널과 발신번호는 이용사 명의로 사전 등록합니다. Send KakaoTalk AlimTalk/FriendTalk and SMS/LMS through the same interface, with optional SMS fallback when AlimTalk fails. Channels and sender numbers are registered under your own business identity.

데이터 조회Data lookups

계좌 거래내역, 홈택스 매입·매출 자료, 사업자등록상태를 조회해 회계·정산 자동화에 사용합니다. 조회는 이용사가 제공한 자격정보 범위 안에서만 이루어지며, 조회 목적·범위는 위수탁 계약으로 특정합니다. Pull bank transactions, HomeTax purchase/sales records and business registration status to automate reconciliation. Lookups run strictly within the credentials and scope you authorise under a data-processing agreement.

이용 흐름How it works

  1. 도입 문의 · 계약Enquiry & agreement

    사용할 기능과 예상 사용량을 알려주시면 이용 조건을 안내합니다. 데이터 조회 기능을 쓰는 경우 개인정보 처리 위수탁 계약을 함께 체결합니다. Tell us which features you need and your expected volume. If you use data lookups, we also sign a personal-data processing agreement.

  2. 계정 · API 키 발급Account & API key

    이용사 계정을 생성하고 API 키를 발급합니다. 키는 렌햅에 해시로만 보관되며, 발급 시점에 한 번 전달됩니다. We create your account and issue an API key. Keys are stored only as hashes and shown to you once, at issuance.

  3. 명의 등록 (해당 기능만)Identity registration (as needed)

    전자세금계산서는 공동인증서, 알림톡은 카카오 비즈니스 채널, 문자는 발신번호를 이용사 명의로 등록합니다. 셋업 패키지로 대행할 수 있습니다. Register your certificate for e-tax invoices, your Kakao business channel for AlimTalk, and your sender number for SMS. Our setup package covers this.

  4. 크레딧 충전Top up credits

    이 사이트에서 크레딧 패키지를 결제하면 즉시 반영됩니다. 세금계산서 발행을 원하시면 계좌이체 방식으로도 충전할 수 있습니다. Buy a credit package on this site and it is applied immediately. Bank transfer with a tax invoice is also available.

  5. 호출 · 차감 · 확인Call, charge, review

    REST API를 호출하면 성공한 호출에 대해서만 요율표대로 크레딧이 차감됩니다. 잔액과 사용 내역은 언제든 조회할 수 있고, 잔액이 기준 이하로 내려가면 알림을 보내드립니다. Call the REST API; credits are deducted per the rate table for successful calls only. Balance and usage logs are available at any time, and we alert you when the balance falls below your threshold.

크레딧 1 = 공급가 1원 기준입니다. 아래 요율만큼 차감되며, 실패한 호출은 차감하지 않습니다. One credit equals KRW 1 (excl. VAT). Calls are charged as below; failed calls are never charged.

2026-08 기준 표준 요율입니다. 공급사 정책 변동으로 조정이 필요한 경우 시행 30일 전에 공지하며, 조정 전 충전분에는 종전 요율을 적용합니다. Standard rates as of Aug 2026. Any change driven by provider policy is announced 30 days in advance; credits bought before a change keep the previous rate.

Credits 크레딧은 렌햅 연동 서비스 안에서만 사용하는 서비스 이용권입니다. 현금처럼 다른 곳에서 쓰거나 타인에게 양도할 수 없으며, 유효기간은 충전일로부터 1년입니다. 미사용 잔여 크레딧은 취소·환불 정책에 따라 환불받을 수 있습니다. Credits are a service entitlement usable only inside Lenhap Connect. They are not cash, cannot be transferred, and expire one year after purchase. Unused credits are refundable under our refund policy.

FAQ
공급사(팝빌·CODEF)와 직접 계약하는 것과 무엇이 다른가요?How is this different from contracting the providers directly?

직접 계약하면 각 공급사의 인증 규격(해시 서명·토큰 발급 등)을 각각 구현하고, 사업자별로 별도 정산·충전을 관리해야 합니다. 렌햅 연동 서비스는 이 과정을 하나의 REST API와 하나의 크레딧 잔액으로 통합합니다. 사용량이 매우 큰 경우에는 직접 계약이 유리할 수 있으므로 도입 상담 시 함께 검토해 드립니다. Direct contracts mean implementing each provider's auth spec and managing separate balances and settlements. We fold that into one REST API and one credit balance. At very high volume a direct contract can be cheaper — we will tell you when that is the case.

세금계산서는 누구 명의로 발행되나요?Under whose name are invoices issued?

이용사 명의로 발행됩니다. 렌햅은 발행을 중계할 뿐 발행 당사자가 아니며, 공동인증서·카카오 채널·발신번호 등 명의 자산은 모두 이용사에게 귀속됩니다. 서비스를 해지해도 해당 자산과 발행 이력은 이용사에게 남습니다. Under your own business identity. We only relay the request. Your certificate, Kakao channel and sender numbers remain yours, as does your issuance history if you leave.

호출이 실패해도 크레딧이 차감되나요?Am I charged for failed calls?

아니요. 공급사로부터 성공 응답을 받은 호출에만 차감합니다. 실패 호출도 사용 로그에는 남지만 과금 대상이 아닙니다. No. Only calls that return success from the provider are charged. Failed calls are logged but never billed.

잔액이 부족하면 어떻게 되나요?What happens when my balance runs out?

잔액이 부족하면 해당 호출은 실행되지 않고 402 응답과 함께 거절됩니다. 잔액이 설정한 기준 이하로 떨어지면 미리 이메일로 알려드리므로, 발행이 갑자기 멈추는 상황을 예방할 수 있습니다. The call is rejected with a 402 response and nothing is sent. We email you before that happens, once your balance drops below the threshold you set.

데이터 조회는 개인정보 문제가 없나요?Is data lookup compliant with privacy law?

데이터 조회 기능을 이용하는 경우, 렌햅은 이용사의 수탁자로서만 처리합니다. 처리 목적·항목·보유기간·재위탁 제한을 명시한 개인정보 처리 위수탁 계약을 체결한 뒤에 개통하며, 조회 결과는 응답 전달 목적 외로 저장하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요. For data lookups we act solely as your processor. We open the feature only after a data-processing agreement specifying purpose, scope, retention and sub-processing limits, and we do not retain results beyond relaying the response. 테스트 환경이 있나요?Is there a test environment?

있습니다. 계약 후 테스트 키를 함께 발급해 드리며, 테스트 호출은 크레딧을 차감하지 않습니다. 실제 발송·발행은 이루어지지 않습니다. Yes. You receive a test key alongside your live key. Test calls never consume credits and never send or issue anything for real.
